TEMA ÇARŞI
Tema Çarşı will consist of venues that you can shop and socialize as you wish. Located at the heart of the Tema Istanbul project, Tema Çarşı will become a meeting point for the residents and visitors with its dining areas and public transportation facilities.
TEM OVERPASS and SIDE ROAD EXPANSION PROJECT
In order to solve the traffic problem, which is experienced in busy Southern and Northern Roads and has an adverse impact on environmental transportation, the construction of the ‘‘Tem Highway Overpass and Side Road Expansion Project’‘ was completed in October 2017. This project was led by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) and the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and was undertaken by Tema İstanbul Ordinary Partnership Companies for all of its business and procedures. Within the scope of the project that will add value to the Tema Istanbul Special Project area as well as to the region in general, north and south side roads will be arranged in three lanes and one direction. A viaduct is put on the TEM highway, the north and south side roads are connected to each other from one point, thus generating a permanent solution to the current traffic problem.
